How to choose suitable size ?
1.measure your wrist circumference .(must be the smallest length)
2.choose the thickness of bracelet .  
3.count what length you need .
for example : my wrist is 16cm .
when bracelet wide is 5mm , i choosed bracelet length is 16+2.5=18.5cm
when bracelet wide is 6mm, i choosed bracelet length is  16+3=19cm
when bracelet wide is 7mm,i choosed bracelet length is 16+3.5=19.5cm
